Who we are

Our goal is to serve you high-quality bakery goodies featuring ingredients grown in our local area. We proudly make all of our products by hand and from scratch - from our flaky pastries and handmade breads and bagels to our delicious sandwiches, hearty soups, and fresh grain salads. We feature locally-roasted, award-winning Blue Star coffee and espresso to accompany your bakery treats!

INGREDIENTS MATTER
We use locally-grown, organic, GMO ingredients whenever possible. This includes seasonal produce from surrounding farms and orchards, flour and grains from Shepherd’s Grain and Bluebird Grain Farms in Winthrop.

Blue Star Coffee Roasters is located just north of us in Twisp, WA. With over 25 years of experience in the coffee industry, Blue Star Coffee is known locally as the best coffee in the state. From the perfect Americano with just the right amount of cream, to a heavenly soy vanilla latte — we can fulfill all of your caffeinated desires.

Handmade pastries, breads, cookies and pies

We make all of our baked goods from scratch using locally-sourced, organic, GMO-free ingredients whenever possible. We're proud to present a delicious variety of French and Italian pastries — but keep an eye out for Mexican and Colombian pastries in the near future!

Sandwiches, breakfast burritos, salads and quiche

If sweets aren’t your thing, we have savory options too! Sink your teeth into a warm breakfast burrito on a house-made tortilla, or bagel sandwich or one of our delicious quiches. Swing by for lunch and grab a sandwich made with our yummy bread or a fresh farro salad. No matter what time of day you visit us, we have something for you!

We’re happy to accommodate your special event or work meeting with custom and bulk orders. Call ahead to order coffee and cookies for your work meeting, or a spread of French pastries for your bridal shower.
